Do you charge for US shipping?

No. Standard shipping is free for all orders delivered within the United States.

How long will my order take?

Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, followed by approximately 4–6 business days in transit. A tracking number is provided after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Eligible requests can be made within 30 days after delivery. We pay return shipping for both change-of-mind and quality-related requests, and no restocking fee applies. See the Refund Policy for exceptions and details.

When will a refund arrive?

After approval and issuance, most providers post the refund within 5–10 business days.
